Bridal Party Policy

Your wedding day is a big deal. It is important to plan ahead and make sure everything comes out perfect. It is also important that we plan out everything accordingly. All bridal parties are confirmed with a contract. Here are some of the bridal party policies and terms to review before booking.

• Minimum-

All bridal parties must hit a minimum of $260 in services. A price list is set on the home page. Client must pay minimum amount regardless of not utilizing that total amount of services. Mileage and bridal trials do not count towards the minimum. Deposit payment will be included and count towards minimum payment.

• Mileage-

Anything outside of a 20-mile radius from the artist's home will be charged a mileage fee. .50 cents per mile will be added to the total outside the radius. This amount does not go towards minimum required for service. 

• Time Management- 

Please plan accurately and accordingly to avoid running out of time. Any full face service will take an hour. Consult with your wedding party to get an accurate estimation on time to give to your artist. 

• Deposit and Contracts- 

A deposit of $50 is required when singing your contract to get your name in the book. The deposit will be used towards your service.

• Bridal Trial- 

Bridal Trials are not a must but highly recommended to assure satisfaction. Bridal trials are a separate fee and are not apart of minimum required amount. 

• Deposit Refund and Cancelation Fee-

All deposits will be refunded as long as the appointment is canceled more than 2 weeks prior. Any events canceled a week prior to appointment will result in a $50 cancelation fee.
